Ruaha River Lodge offers you the ultimate privilege to be accommodated in your very own riverside "banda" which is designed to blend into the natural surroundings. View the game from your very own veranda while you relax and unwind to the sounds of the wild. The rooms are made of local thatch and stone and offer plenty of comfort. The rooms have mosquito gauze on all of the windows, toilets, showers, solar heated hot water, twin or double beds and a generator to provide electricity.

Ruaha River Lodge prepares its food from the fresh produce delivered from the Highland farm. A scrumptious full English breakfast is served daily with complimentary freshly baked cinnamon bread, coffee, tea and fresh fruit. Lunch time, a cold buffet will be set out with a delicious selection of pizzas, meats, salads and pastries. Dinner time is a delightful three course meal along with a vegetarian option.

Guests can enjoy the game drives around the spectacular Ruaha where you can spot cheetahs, hunting dogs, lions, leopards, kudu, sable antelopes and roan antelopes. There are walking safaris available where you are accompanied by one of the armed guides and escorts.
