The lovely Bourbon Suite has 2 adjoining rooms with gold and cobalt blue. Each of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, four poster beds, mosquito nets, antique furniture, rare lamps and unusual details.

The Zanzibar Coffee House's adjoining Cafe has a variety of amazing coffees that are grown by the owners of the hotel. They also serve some delicious cakes and a marvelous range of continental foods. Guests will begin their day with the spectacular aroma of fresh coffee wafting from the tower top teahouse and then settle down for a delightful breakfast.

Guests can cool off by taking a swim after a day filled with tennis, squash, hiking, guided treks, tours of the coffee farm or bird watching. Read a book or marvel at the breathtaking sunsets later on in the day. The Ruaha National Park is nearby, which happens to be the second largest reserve in Tanzania and filled with animals to explore.
